Subject: Protecting the rights to privacy, dignity, and public hygienic
Respected Sir/Madam
I would want to draw the reader’s attention to the sanitation and hygiene conditions in our community through the columns of your prestigious newspaper. I am Nikita, the head girl of Jaipur’s Anand Public School. Due to poor sanitation, many of the pupils at our school are afflicted with infections, diarrhea, and other illnesses.
India is a nation with a large population. People get a variety of ailments as a result of their poor maintenance of hygiene and sanitation. Health risks resulting from inadequate sanitation include diarrhea, especially in young children under five years old, malnourishment, and deficits in cognitive and physical development.
Garbage should be disposed of in public dustbins, and the government should severely punish litterers. To reduce open defecation, the restrooms should be set up in distinct blocks for men and women.
Each and every person has the right to exist and to use the necessities of life. Therefore, I humbly ask that you take this issue seriously, make sure that everyone has access to adequate sanitary facilities, and thereby lessen the risk to their health.
I would appreciate it if your newspaper addressed this issue. With gratitude in advance.
Thank you
Yours sincerely
XYZ
